Each Mileage Mug is a separate milestone piece, not a selectable option. The higher mileage mugs represent rarer rider achievements, so they are priced slightly differently across the collection. Every mug uses the same quality base — the difference is in the milestone it marks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Please allow a little time for the tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

If your mug arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and send a clear photo of the damaged mug and packaging.

Once we review the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Yes. Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

For the best long-term print quality, we recommend hand-washing when possible.
